I tried the save game editor, it would only go up to 50 and doesn't sense that I have Knoxx. Id recommend using save game editor because it will be your own character and not someone else's you can get it back to 61 im guessing with your skills points and cash back, weapons im not too sure, also im sorry to here about your lost character I'd rather not use the saved game editor, but if all else fails I will have to.
